Shine the light on your outstanding project management and interpersonal skills and impressive social media know-how, as you nurture client influencer marketing, review campaigns and internal social media for this growing, out-of-the-box agency representing high profile brands and projects.

In this newly created and hands-on role, the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Client Operations and Marketing Executive on a variety of client projects and internal social media projects including and influencer events.

Ultimately, this role requires excellent project management and communication skills and suits someone who thrives in an environment where your contribution is meaningful, valued and impactful – and every day is different!

This is a full time role (half day Fridays!)

Part time will be considered based on min 4 days/30 hours approx.

This superstar will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating campaigns from planning to execution, including on-boarding new partners, reviewing and supporting content creators, preparing briefs, negotiating rates and scheduling deliverables with others
  • Manage delivery of brand assets and detailed campaign documentation
  • Customising systems, templates and protocols to suit deliverables & get the best results for our clients
  • Reviewing promotional content
  • Creating weekly, monthly and full campaign reports including delivering clients presentations, supporting brand KPIs and campaign ROI
  • Regularly liaising with clients, mum influencers and mum shoppers
  • Managing social media channels including planning, creation, scheduling, posting and engaging with our online community
  • Assisting with ad-hoc internal corporate marketing projects
  • Analysing social media performance of content across all platforms

Perfect fit if you have:

  • Passion for marketing, influencer marketing, social media
  • Some experience working with influencers
  • Represented similar clients to Mumpower, OR worked in an agency
  • Excellent communication and an eye for detail
  • Love creating content for social media channels and other digital campaigns
  • Sound knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok and other social media channels
  • Experience in performance tracking & analysis of marketing and social media campaigns to optimise results
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects, simultaneously
  • You’re naturally exceptional at forming relationships with a broad range of stakeholder
  • Can demonstrate you’re accountable, adaptable and not afraid to give new things a go
  • Ability and keenness to follow systems and processes
  • Confident in a client facing role
  • Prefer small team that allows your talents to shine
  • Content with hybrid work from home/in office model

Bonus points (not essential):

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Previously worked for family, or small business
  • Experience with social media tool, project management software, EDM, reporting analytics software
  • Bold enough to challenge the status quo and push new ideas forward
